Getting started

  • Install the add-in from the Office Store or your admin.
  • Open any email in Outlook and click MailLedger in the ribbon.
  • Sign in with your Microsoft 365 account when prompted.
  • Choose a suggested folder or search for one, then click to file.

Common issues

  • Sign-in keeps appearing — Session may have expired. Sign in again; if it persists, close and reopen Outlook.
  • Folders not loading — Check internet and that add-ins are allowed on your network.
  • Wrong suggestion — MailLedger learns as you file; you can always pick another folder or search.
  • Send & File didn’t move thread — Try filing that email again from the thread.

Billing

Manage subscription in your account settings. Cancel before the next billing date; access continues until period end. Refunds considered case by case.
